My client is one of New Zealand’s top recruitment firms. With a great brand and a fantastic client list, they’ve successfully diversified their recruitment offering. Now recruiting across 4 offices, they are looking to take the next step in their evolution. A key part of this growth will be the addition of a Senior Recruiter to lead, and then manage, their professional services recruitment practice. Perhaps your with an organisation that doesn’t reward your individual efforts. Perhaps you’ve reached a level and feel your next move is hindered by “dead man’s shoes”. Or perhaps you’re just attracted to a true meritocracy where high performance is rewarded with meteoric progression. In particular, I want to talk to recruiter who are:
- Experienced, high-billing Recruiters in Account & Finance, Banking, Business Support, or Professional Services
- Looking to grow and manage a team
- Happy to prove yourself as a billing consultant
