Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client is looking for an experienced internal recruiter to join them on a fixed term contract, working 20-25 hours per week from their Auckland CBD office.
This is a full 360 recruitment role, not a long/shortlisting function. You will partner directly with hiring leads and managers, operating as a genuine talent advisor across property, engineering and technology roles ranging from $100k to $120k+. Credibility with senior stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to engage confidently on technical and semi-technical briefs. Volume is low, but the roles are high touch and require close partnership with the business.
Beyond core recruitment, you will get involved in broader generalist and specialist recruitment and HR projects as they arise.
Candidates with internal recruitment experience will be preferred, though all experienced recruiters are welcome to apply. Immediate availability is ideal. The role is mostly onsite to start, with flexibility available once established.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated recruitment experience across property, engineering or technology, with internal experience preferred and credibility to partner with senior leaders
- Strong full 360 recruitment capability, extending beyond long/shortlisting into genuine talent advisory work
- Immediate availability preferred, with confidence operating in a low volume, high touch environment onsite in Auckland CBD
