Our client is an absolute leader in the RPO space. They deliver outsourced recruitment services to some of New Zealand’s most prestigious organisations. They also deliver exceptional traditional recruitment services to a “who’s who” of both local and global businesses. Underpinning this delivery is a large team of high-performing sourcing consultants, compliance experts, and candidate care specialists. Tasked with exceeding SLAs, these functions are pivotal in the growth, retention, and acquisition of these corporate clients. Due to an international move, we are mandated to source and appoint an experienced, forward-thinking, and commercial talent acquisition professional to lead these functions. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Delivery, this role and organisation offers:

In return, you’ll need to be or possess the following:
- A seasoned talent acquisition talent professional, having honed your craft across agency and in-house/RPO functions for a number of years
- An experienced people leader, having managed significant teams throughout your career
- At the cutting-edge of sourcing methodologies and technologies
- The demonstrable ability to work in, foster, and grow a diverse & inclusive environment
- Detailed focused, with the ability to collate, understand, and analyse a range of data sets
- A natural coach and mentor
- An intrinsic interest in emerging technologies and how they can be applied within a recruitment landscape
