What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with clients to identify and engage top-tier candidates for high-growth startups and scale-ups.
- Sourcing through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche platforms – wherever the talent lives).
- Building talent pools and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across tech and product roles.
- Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an incredible candidate experience.
- Supporting clients with market insights and talent intelligence.
Who You Are:
- You may have experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or customer-focused roles – or you’re a quick learner who’s obsessed with people and startups.
- You’re organised, curious, and relentless when it comes to finding great talent.
- You understand that recruitment is about people, not just CVs.
- You love autonomy and thrive in fast-moving environments.
