The person who’s just as comfortable on-site with a client in steel-caps as they are pitching a PSL in a boardroom. If you love the construction space, have a knack for turning coffees into clients, and you’re hungry to build, this is your desk.
You’ll be joining a well-backed brand with national presence, big growth plans, and the infrastructure to support you as you scale your patch. You’ll be based in Auckland but will travel to Wellington and Christchurch as needed, building relationships, meeting clients, and growing a national presence.
This role suits someone with:
- Some proven success in bringing on new clients not a cold caller, but you know how to create opportunity.
- A genuine interest in the construction sector and what makes it tick.
- An appetite to lead or build a team either now or soon.
- A love of building relationships, not just filling roles.
