About the Role:
You’ll be the go-to person for sourcing and managing local candidates across warehousing, manufacturing, and civil construction sectors. Think of yourself as the key support to a high-performing BD rep, making sure the right talent is ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do:
- Focus on local talent: no visa sponsorship here, just solid relationships with NZ-based candidates.
