Recruitment Consultant – Commercial Property Finance

You’ll be working with a well-established client base across non-bank lenders and property finance groups, helping them find exceptional talent in a fast-moving, relationship-driven market. This is a warm desk with plenty of opportunity to grow and make it your own.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment though strong candidates from outside agency backgrounds will also be considered, particularly within financial services, property, or professional services
- A proactive, consultative approach to clients and candidates
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
- A genuine interest in the property and finance sectors
