Internal Recruitment Advisor - 6 month FTC
My client is an innovative global organisation experiencing incredible growth. To fuel this growth, they need an immediately available recruiter who can hit the ground running, and deliver against some ambitious hiring goals. Supported by a fantastic leader who intrinsically understands recruitment, you’ll be running the full 360 process, including sourcing, selection, running assessment centres, probity checks, and onboarding. To be considered, you’ll need to be:
- Immediately available
- Experienced in a volume or “blue collar”/industrial recruitment environment
- Comfortable with all facets of the recruitment process, including compliance and onboarding
- Located in or around South Auckland or north Waikato
- Comfortable with using technology and a modern ATS
- A “doer” who loves to get stuck in.
