Senior Recruitment Consultant – Accounting & Finance A&F Perm or Contractor

Our client is one of New Zealand’s leading recruitment agencies with a strong specialist Accounting & Finance desk. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team and drive continued growth in the A&F space.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven biller to step into a senior role with an established client base, strong brand support, and a high-performing team behind you.
What the role involves:
- Managing and growing a profitable A&F desk permanent and contract
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, client management, and placements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Consistently meeting and exceeding billing targets
- Mentoring and supporting junior consultants where required
What you’ll bring:
- 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience with a solid track record in Accounting & Finance
- Proven billing history at Senior Consultant level
- Strong commercial acumen and a genuine consultative approach
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by high earnings
- Full-cycle recruitment expertise across permanent and/or contract roles
