Our client is a specialist recruitment agency focused on the marketing and professional services industries. They have a tight-knit team with a genuine emphasis on building a positive and supportive office culture.
The Role
You will own the full 360 recruitment desk for web development and technical roles within marketing agencies, digital studios, and in-house marketing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Source, recruit, and place senior Web Developers, Front-End/Back-End Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and related technical talent
- Build and grow your own client portfolio in the marketing sector
- Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Senior recruitment experience with a proven track record in web development or technical roles
- Strong industry alignment, understanding of tech stacks and marketing/digital environments
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team
