Here’s the gig:
- Run the full 360 process – from headhunting to offers – with support when you need it
- Get in front of clients – attend job briefs, help shape hiring strategies, make things happen
- Build killer talent pipelines and keep your candidates warm
- Hunt down the ones who aren’t applying but should be
- Deliver results that keep clients coming back for more
You’ll smash this if you:
- Have experience as a Candidate Manager bonus points for tech/IT
- Want to learn the client-facing side without being thrown in the deep end alone
- Can juggle priorities without dropping the ball or the phone
- Are proactive, curious, and ready to make things happen
- Play well in a team that’s collaborative, honest, and quietly ambitious
