The Role:

As the Business Support Team Lead, you will be entrusted with overseeing and mentoring a talented team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and drive performance excellence.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the business support team, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Developing client relationships and winning jobs for the wider team.
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior role within a business support or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for process optimisation and improvement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in prioritising tasks, managing competing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • A genuine passion for mentorship and talent development, with a dedication to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment would be advantageous.
