As the Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving successful outcomes for both our clients and candidates. You’ll be deeply embedded in the process from end to end – joining client briefings alongside Account Managers and BDMs, building direct relationships with clients, and becoming their go-to throughout the recruitment journey.
You’ll also be the heartbeat of candidate management – connecting with top talent, building trust, and supporting them through the process with empathy, pace, and grit. Your ability to understand people and keep things moving is what will set you apart.
