My client is a true Kiwi success story. A family business founded in 2002, this organisation has seen massive growth and is fast-tracking to achieve $100m in sales by 2030. Currently, products and services are being delivered by circa 110 team members across Aotearoa, Australia, and Malaysia. Underpinning this future growth will be this role. As the sole Talent Acquisition Advisor, supported by experienced people practitioners, you will be responsible for delivering and championing the following :

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Employer branding
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Strategic sourcing
  • Compliance and reporting
  • All onboarding – tailored to each specific role
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Immigration support

In order to deliver this, it is important that you have the following skills and experiences:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in Recruitment – this could be internal or agency-side
  • Experienced across both “white” and “blue collar” recruitment
  • A solid understanding of New Zealand employment legislation
  • The ability to assess candidates on cultural fit, and not just technical competencies
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • An interest in “all things HR”
