About the Role:

As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of business success, managing key client relationships and driving business growth. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on recruitment and leadership, allowing you to make a real impact on both our clients and our team. You’ll work closely with a supportive group of professionals who celebrate each other’s wins and work together to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business support and generalist roles, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Lead by example, contributing to the success of the team while mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within your market.
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
  • Drive high standards and contribute to a positive, fun, and high-performing team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within business support or generalist roles.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • A desire to build and grow your career within a rewarding and successful agency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence others.
