About the Role:
As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of business success, managing key client relationships and driving business growth. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on recruitment and leadership, allowing you to make a real impact on both our clients and our team. You’ll work closely with a supportive group of professionals who celebrate each other’s wins and work together to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business support and generalist roles, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Lead by example, contributing to the success of the team while mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within your market.
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
- Drive high standards and contribute to a positive, fun, and high-performing team culture.

- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within business support or generalist roles.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
