About the Role:
As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of business success, managing key client relationships and driving business growth. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on recruitment and leadership, allowing you to make a real impact on both our clients and our team. You’ll work closely with a supportive group of professionals who celebrate each other’s wins and work together to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for business support and generalist roles, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Lead by example, contributing to the success of the team while mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within your market.
Collaborate closely with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
Drive high standards and contribute to a positive, fun, and high-performing team culture.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within business support or generalist roles.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environment.
