Salary: $130k–$145k base + industry-leading commission structure

With deep roots across Australia and New Zealand, they’re now investing in a dedicated practice focused on corporate property, development, and the built environment, and they’re looking for a top-tier recruiter to help shape it from day one.
This is a rare chance to take on a Principal Consultant role with serious scope. You’ll drive strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and own senior-level relationships with clients across commercial property, real estate investment, construction, and development. From precinct transformations to high-value leasing portfolios, you’ll be at the forefront of a booming sector.

You’ll be:
- An experienced 360 agency recruiter, currently based in NZ
- Confident operating at a senior level, managing executive-level clients and complex briefs
- Commercially astute and outcomes-driven — you know how to run a profitable desk
- Passionate about property, development, or infrastructure (or open to specialising in it)
- Excited by the opportunity to build something new with high-impact potential
