The Role:
As a Principal Consultant in the Accounting & Finance (A&F) team, you’ll take charge of senior appointments, with a clear pathway toward executive-level recruitment. You’ll have the opportunity to build your personal brand while leveraging an already strong industry presence.

- Manage an existing portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met with excellence.
- Run a full 360° desk with dedicated support from candidate managers.

- Mentor and collaborate with the wider team, tapping into cross-specialism relationships for maximum success.
What You’ll Bring:
- A deep understanding of the A&F recruitment space, including the complexities of senior roles.
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years specializing in A&F.
- A results-driven mindset and a natural ability to connect with both clients and candidates.
- A network of client and candidate relationships and a proven track record of success within the A&F sector.
