This is a true 360 role – with an existing client base, big civil projects on the go, and not enough hours in the day for the team currently juggling it all. It’s your time to step in, run the desk, and make a big dent across the North Island and potentially into Aussie too.
The gig:
- You’ll recruit across everything from roading and earthworks to infrastructure builds
- You’ll handle the full 360 lifecycle (clients, candidates, repeat)
- You’ll pick up jobs day one – this desk is warm and wide
- You’ll support long-term clients across NZ (and jump the ditch into Australia)
- And you’ll do it with a small, tight-knit team who know their stuff and back each other hard
