Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing recruitment team
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies for professional service sectors
- Managing team targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure success
- Regular reporting on team performance and contributing to divisional growth plans
