We’re working with a leading Construction Recruitment agency on the North Shore that’s looking for a sharp, organised, and people-focused Recruitment Scheduler & Candidate Manager to join their high-performing team.
This role is all about keeping the wheels turning – managing a pool of skilled migrant candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and supporting a top-performing BDM with day-to-day operations. You’ll be at the heart of the action, learning the ropes of the construction recruitment industry and contributing to a business that’s growing fast.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and nurturing a pool of skilled migrant candidates – keeping them engaged, informed, and job-ready.
- Coordinating interviews, start dates, and onboarding for new hires.
- Handling day-to-day admin and keeping everything running smoothly.
- Supporting business development activity with fast, accurate candidate sourcing and scheduling.
- Learning the ins and outs of the construction recruitment sector – with mentoring and support to grow your career.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment, talent management, or a similar role.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships quickly.
