Auckland Permanent $70,000 – $100,000 + Uncapped Commission 33% over threshold monthly
About the role
Join a growing recruitment team specialising in client-side project management roles across property, construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. You’ll recruit professionals who manage projects on behalf of clients from planning through to delivery.
This is a high-value, relationship-driven desk with strong demand and significant opportunity to grow.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit client-side project managers and delivery professionals
- Partner with property, construction and infrastructure organisations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Build strong candidate pipelines and client partnerships
- Grow and develop a specialist recruitment desk
About you
- Recruitment experience in construction, engineering, property or professional services preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
- Open to junior through to senior recruiter profiles
