About the role:
- Manage and grow a profitable Sales & Marketing desk permanent & contract
- Full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Creative roles
- New business development and key account management
- Hit and exceed billing targets with excellent team support
You’ll need:
- 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience with a proven Sales & Marketing track record
- Strong billing history at Senior level
- Ambitious, resilient, and commercially driven
