THE OPPORTUNITY
Right now, my client is looking for a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Whether you’re an established Legal Recruitment Consultant, a Lawyer keen to transition your skills, or you’re currently working within HR or talent acquisition in-house and looking to move to consultancy – what matters most is your drive to succeed. Entrepreneurial by nature and commercially aware, you’ll be willing to put in the work to deliver first-class service to their nation-wide client-base. Your understanding of the environment that their clients operate in will allow you to ask the right questions, giving you insight into their strategic and financial objectives and of course, their hiring needs. A natural people-person, you’ll engage with high calibre legal professionals at all levels to build a talent pool for your clients. And you’ll understand that the best outcomes happen when meaningful connections between talent and opportunities are made. You’ll understand that to be successful you’ll need to operate at speed, thriving in a fast-paced environment, whilst following a meticulous process to ensure accuracy is not compromised.
