We’re on the hunt for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our clients Wellington team, specialising in Professional Services and I.T. You’ll step into a warm desk with solid job flow, a strong client base, and the support you need to take your career to the next level.

Our client is a well-established agency with a strong reputation in the Wellington market. They value quality over quantity, relationships over transactions, and back their team with real support, not just KPIs and Friday beers. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent and/or contract roles
  • Build and grow lasting client relationships
  • Source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates
  • Drive business development in your specialist area
  • Share market insights and collaborate with a high-performing team

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven success in agency recruitment (ideally within I.T or professional services)
  • Confidence in managing clients and growing accounts
  • Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Knowledge of the Wellington market is a bonus
