Are you ready to take charge of a thriving desk with a pipeline of existing contractor roles? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can own and grow a 360 desk specialising in the Tech and IT sectors with a focus in the contractor space.

What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience running a 360 desk, ideally in Tech and IT recruitment.
- A knack for building and maintaining relationships – you’re a pro at converting connections into long-term partnerships.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver under pressure. This is a must when running a contractor desk.
- Strong sector knowledge and the confidence to discuss roles across various Tech and IT specialisations. There are no verticals only clients and specialists working together.
