This role is all about building the agency’s brand through meaningful interactions with candidates and placing them in standout companies. You’ll be working with some of the most exciting start-ups in Wellington and across NZ, representing a specialist recruitment agency that’s a step ahead in the NZ market.
The Role:
- Manage relationships with candidates from first contact through to placement
- Advertise roles across all major platforms
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates, representing clients and job opportunities
- Oversee onboarding and interview processes
- Attend job briefings to fully understand client culture, fit, and branding
What You Need:
- Previous experience in candidate or talent management within a tech or IT recruitment agency
- Solid knowledge of technical recruitment in the IT space
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- A desire to learn, grow, and work collaboratively as part of a passionate team
