• Running senior-level A&F appointments, with a path to exec search.
• Managing and growing an already warm portfolio of clients who value quality delivery.
• Leading a 360 desk with hands-on support from a Candidate Manager.

• Sharing knowledge and mentoring others while tapping into cross-team referrals.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 specialising in Accounting & Finance.
• A strong reputation and networks in the A&F sector.
• A proven record of hitting targets and then some.
• The confidence to run senior appointments with credibility and impact.
