We’re partnering with one of Wellington’s leading tech recruitment agencies to find an organised, proactive and people-savvy Recruitment & Operations Coordinator.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role supporting two Senior Tech Recruiters while keeping the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced boutique business running smoothly.

What you’ll do

  • Provide recruitment support, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, preparing documentation, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Handle key operational tasks to ensure the business runs seamlessly, from database management and reporting to general office coordination.
  • Get involved in projects that help scale the agency, process improvement, marketing support, events and more.
  • Enjoy the buzz of the recruitment world while learning directly from experienced consultants in the SaaS, startup and scale-up space.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone with exceptional organisation skills, initiative and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, talent management or a busy administrative role.
  • A genuine interest in people and the tech/start-up scene.
  • A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
