Whether you’re an established Legal Recruitment Consultant, a Lawyer keen to transition your skills, or you’re currently working within HR or talent acquisition in-house and looking to move to consultancy – what matters most is your drive to succeed. Entrepreneurial by nature and commercially aware, you’ll be willing to put in the work to deliver first-class service to their nation-wide client base.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients nationwide
- Build and maintain a talent pool of high-calibre legal professionals
- Understand clients’ strategic, financial, and hiring needs
- Operate at speed and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Follow meticulous processes to ensure accuracy and success
- Engage with clients and candidates to build meaningful connections
